I'm sure you all have heard about the terrorist level. If not, here's the scoop: you get to be a terrorist for story reasons and gun down civvies in an airport. I think this is one of the things the game auto-skips if you tell it to when you start up (I said "Show me everything" because I'm cool with feeling something other than my blood pressure rise in games. This is a sign of something). And... I did feel a bit of perverse glee while mowing people down. My shadow popping up, I guess.
And then there's seeing Washington on fire. The Washington monument burning, Capitol building, Jefferson Memorial (it was his or Lincoln's), all that stuff. Since I've seen DC in ruins already (Fallout 3), it's not surprising. The fighting all throughout is pretty intense, though.
So yeah. Haven't touched multiplayer yet. Annoying that I can't be in party chat when I'm playing.
