You know what grinds my gears?

In my recent readings, I've come across words I flat out don't know. I've made it a point to try and define them when I next get the chance.

But when I got to look up the definition of, say, vituperative, the definition uses the goddamn word I'm looking up. I don't know what the word even means (Vituperation means to verbally abuse, BTW)!

Gawd.
